This policy explains what thewisemindmethod.com collects, why, and the choices you have. The Wise Mind Method™ is a business of NeuroKind, LLC, created by Jessie Hrivnak.
What we collect
When you request the Client Leadership Field Guide or join the cohort waitlist, we collect your first name and email address. When you book a conversation, Google Calendar collects the name, email and any details you enter on the booking page. When you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
Like most websites, this site automatically records basic visit information, such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location, through our website host. This helps us understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to send what you asked for, such as the Field Guide or cohort updates, to reply to your questions, to schedule conversations, and to send occasional emails about The Wise Mind Method. We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
Who helps us run things
We rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf: Squarespace (website hosting and analytics), Flodesk (email delivery and subscriber lists) and Google (calendar booking and email). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can also write to us and we’ll remove you.
Cookies
Our website host uses cookies to keep the site working and to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor those requests.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you’re on our list or working with us, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Children
This site is for real estate professionals and isn’t directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
